Egg Salad Sandwich

Inspired by our go-to guy at Burnet, Travis, we’ve concocted a spicy egg salad that goes great on our Shelia Partin bread. Toss in a couple of tomatoes and some lettuce and choose one of our sides and you’ve got something special.
